Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

If our products suffer a minor failure, we reserve our right to offer to repair the products.

However, if our products suffer a major failure, or a minor failure not capable of repair, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, at your election.
