How our Rewards Program works

Earn

Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend in-store & online at mySKATE. Members can redeem points for discounts on future purchases in-store & online. Every 100 points will equate to 5 dollars off!

Redeem

Members can redeem points for discounts on future purchases in-store & online. Points can be redeemed for the following rewards:

  • 100 points: $5 off coupon
  • 200 points: $10 off coupon
  • 300 points: $15 off coupon
  • 400 points: $20 off coupon
  • 500 points: $25 off coupon
  • 600 points: $30 off coupon
  • 700 points: $35 off coupon
  • 800 points: $40 off coupon
  • 900 points: $45 off coupon
  • 1000 points: $50 off coupon

Conditions of Membership

    1. To become a VIP member, you must create an account online or in-store.
    2. A valid email address and mobile are required to create an account and accrue points.
    3. Members are entitled to 1 point per $1 spent at mySKATE proshop. Points are earned and redeemed in-store and online.
    4. Points can only be redeemed in increments of 100 points ($5) from 100 to 1000.
    5. Members will be added to our VIP Mailing list, where they will receive information on new items and special offers.
    6. Points may only be used by the person the account has been issued to. Staff may refuse to honour the discount if the customer does not match our records.
    7. Points are not cash, nor exchangeable for cash.
    8. All points are the property of mySKATE proshop.
    9. Points are non-refundable if processing a refund in store.
    10. Our rewards program operates using Smile.io, and by signing up for a mySKATE VIP account you accept the terms of the Smile Privacy Policy.
    11. Further conditions may be added at any time.
    12. mySKATE reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

mySKATE Birthday Rewards

Please be advised, that under our new POS loyalty program, mySKATE will no longer be emailing out birthday vouchers.

Instead, you will receive a bonus 200 VIP points (valued at $10), which will be automatically loaded to your membership profile.  In order to receive these bonus points, please ensure you update your details by clicking on the blue VIP Rewards button at the bottom right of your screen and follow the steps as directed.
