This metal spinner is an off-ice training device designed to improve balance and spinning technique. Quiet and smooth. 6.25" diameter(15.87cm)
Things you should know:
Do not expect it to spin freely by hand, the bearings run in a silicon-based lubricant.
It is designed to perform best when you place full body weight on it.
Wearing of gym shoes or socks is recommended.
Best way to practice:
Place the BALL of your foot in the center of your spinner and keep your heel in the air to imitate your foot position when wearing your skates. The heel of your boot is approximately 1 3/4"(4.45cm) high.
Using the SPINNER flat-footed is easier, but "easy" is NOT the idea. If spinning was easy, everyone would be doing it, and you would probably not have practice.
Practice with correct foot position!
DO NOT GET SPINNER WET, because the steel bearings will rust!!!
If dirt of dust gets between the discs, it must be blown out with forced air.
