mySKATE.com.au is the online retail store shopping website of mySKATE, a subsidiary and the retail arm of Cockburn Ice Arena Pty Ltd. ABN 55 071 820 650.


mySKATE values your privacy and takes care protecting the information you provide us. When you create an account, we may collect some personal information, including you name, delivery address, email address, mobile phone number, DOB, gender. This information is used in the following ways:

  • To send your products to the correct address
  • To communicate with you during the delivery process and customer support phases
  • To communicate with periodically of any sales (opt in or out of this communication)
  • To communicate with you via newsletter (opt in or out of this communication)

We will not on sell your information to third parties.


Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of products will be stored using an ANZ integrated platform. Credit card information will be masked and not be visible to the MySkate customer service team.

You must not pay for products using a fraudulent credit card.


All pricing is quoted in Australian dollars and includes GST. We do not ship outside Australia.


mySKATE attempts to present the availability of stock accurately however stock levels change constantly. If an ordered item isn’t immediately available we will contact you to inform you of the wait time, offer an alternative or provide a full refund.


Once you have placed you order, mySKATE are unable to cancel, or make changes to your order including change of delivery address.


Australian Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping for orders over $500 within Australia
  • Small Items $12.00 ( Overnight Express )
  • Small – Medium Items $20.00 ( Usually overnight express – Can take up to 4 business days )
  • Medium – Large Items $25.00 – Includes hockey sticks, Goalie Pads, Wheel Bags due to the size. ( Road freight usually 2-5 business days )
  • X- Large Items – $50.00 – Includes puck passers, Goals and Nets. ( Road freight usually 2-5 business days )

In Store Pick Up

When “In store Pick-up” method is chosen we will contact you via email or phone once your item is ready for collection.

Please note this usually takes 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hour on the weekend.

Handling Times

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. While we try our best to make sure all orders are dispatched within 1 business day, if for some reason there is a delay or discrepancy regarding credit card details, shipping addresses or stock availability it will be reported to you immediately via phone or email.

Delivery address

mySKATE uses Star Track Shipping which can not deliver to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Please check your order address carefully during check out, once confirmed and shipped we cannot modify this information. We recommend your address to be either a home or business address that someone will be present or available between 8am-5pm. If the chosen delivery address is unattended the shipping carrier will leave the parcel at the address. ( Normally in a safe place ) My Skate sports is not liable for stolen, lost or damaged parcels.

Tracking Number

Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from mySKATE with the carrier information ( Usually Star Track ) And the tracking number.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, Below is a Approximate delivery time per state/territory.

Small – Medium Items ( Tape, Gloves, Elbow Pads etc )
Overnight: Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Sydney, ACT & Melbourne.
1-6 Days – ACT, Country NSW, Geelong, Gold Coast, Tassie, NT & Country QLD.

Medium – Large Items ( Sticks, Goalie Pads etc )
1-6 Days – Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Sydney, ACT & Melbourne, Country NSW, Geelong, Gold Coast, Tassie, NT & Country QLD.

*Please not once your item is sent, delivery time is beyond our control, while we will do our best to assist you in any inquires we value your patience.


Once goods are delivered risk it passed onto you. If you agree for goods to be left unattended if not home, the risk is yours, otherwise check the collect at post office option.


Vouchers and gift cards are in Australian dollars. Vouchers and discount offers are for one time use to be taken off the total invoice amount. Gift cards purchased in store are physical cards with a stored credit on a card. Physical gift cards can be used in store only over multiple transactions until the stored credit runs out. Online gift cards are purchased online for use online only. They do not have the same functionality and must be used in one transaction online.

No cash redemption for gift cards or vouchers is possible. To redeem a voucher or gift card enter the coupon code at the checkout under voucher code and click apply. Coupon codes are valid for one time use only.
